All pieces are made from the highest quality materials. Our materials are considered safe to use for anyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

Orders under $75 USD will be charged a flat $9.90 USD shipping fee. 

(Shipping rates for remote locations may vary.)

How long does delivery take?

Delivery Time Estimates:

  • United States: 5 - 15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • Australia: 7 - 15 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

Important notes:

  • We typically process and ship your order within 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place it.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time before your order ships.— we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
  • Delivery times depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseeable delays caused by customs (for international shipments), busy periods, traffic, and weather conditions.
  • Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience longer delays. When delayed, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a successful delivery. 
  • We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
  • We do not offer express shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, our website will automatically send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can find more details and instructions at Track Your Order

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Haven't received your marked-as-delivered package? Here's what to do:

  • Don't panic! Sometimes packages end up in unexpected places.
  • Check around your delivery location thoroughly: Look for your package on porches, backyards, or with neighbors who might have accepted it on your behalf.
  • Contact the carrier directly: They may have additional information about the delivery attempt or be able to initiate an investigation.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our team processes orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you have an incorrect shipping address please reach out to us at contact@amojewels.com.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly assist you with replacing the item or updating the shipping address.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We truly appreciate your patience and are always here to help!

If your order is considered late, please start by double-checking that your shipping address was entered correctly. Small details like apartment numbers or postal codes can sometimes be missed. We also ask that you allow for possible carrier delays. 

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, contact us at contact@amojewels.com and we will gladly assist you.

I'm having trouble placing an order!

There is a missing or incorrect item in my order.

If your order arrived missing or incorrect items, please email contact@amojewels.com within three business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of received items
  • Your shipping label

Our team will be able to investigate this with our packing team and carrier partners promptly.

I haven’t received my order confirmation.

We're sorry to hear this! In this case, most likely the wrong email address has been entered. Please contact us at contact@amojewels.com and we will assist you in locating your order. Make sure to include your full name, shipping address, and phone number associated with your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return. The return shipping fee is based off the courier service you select (local post office, DHL, etc.) that best suits your needs.

WARRANTIES

Do you have a warranty?

We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry designed to last. We offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order, covering defects or issues related to the workmanship of the jewelry.

For 100% waterproof items, if any tarnishing or color fading occurs within 6 months under normal use, we will provide a free replacement with no questions asked. (This does not apply to precious metal pieces such as sterling silver or gold vermeil items.)

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches or tarnishing), damage caused by improper care such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modifications made by third parties outside of AMO JEWELS. Please note that tarnishing or fading of precious metal pieces is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
