Exchanges & Returns

You can return items purchased from amojewels.com for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending items back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in the original packaging—along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@amojewels.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for returns sent without tracking or for packages lost in transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and ensure it is resolved for you.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. 

Please note that all sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
